June Update

Summer is here

The summer sun is shining bright! We hope everyone had a fantastic May and is excited for an even more vibrant June ahead! At ReBlood we have exciting things in the works!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Alliance for SoCal Innovation, the San Diego Innovation Council, and BIO 2024 for inviting us to participate in their recent events. The opportunity to engage with such a dynamic community has been incredibly rewarding. The invaluable feedback we received will undoubtedly enhance our future endeavors. We are truly grateful for the support, and look forward to continued collaboration and innovation together.

Fundraising efforts

Our fundraising efforts are continuing, we plan to accelerate our growth, focusing on securing funds to support the certification of good laboratory practices in large animal testing, as well as good manufacturing practice certification and good regulatory practices. We are seeking $1.25 million in the form of a convertible note. Any guidance, investor introductions, or assistance you can provide throughout this process would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, our pitch deck is ready! If you or anyone you know is interested in reviewing it, please let us know.

Achievements

  • We are happy to announce that we have a new addition to the team, Theresa Nathan! She is a student at UCSD majoring in Economics with a minor in Biology.
  • We continue to connect and work with a potential contract manufacturer for scaling our process. We are looking to have a fully developed scaling plan soon.
  • Our team is continuing our discussion with the center of veterinary medicine developing our plan to bring our solution to veterinarians everywhere.
